Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges-

 

We would love for every customer to be absolutely in LOVE with their purchase made from Doppelgänger Boutique, but if you do not love your purchase after it's received, we hope to make it as easy as possible for you to exchange for a different item.  

 

Please Note: We will not accept for exchange any item that has been purchased from our FINAL SALE rack.  Regular priced and regular sale merchandise is eligible for exchange for the value paid, toward store merchandise or a store credit on a Doppelänger gift card.  

In- Store Policy-

All exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt dated within 14 days of the purchase date.  All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached.  We will not exchange any merchandise that has been exposed to smoke/lotion/perfume/pet hair, or that is not in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. You will be given a credit to exchange for merchandise or an in-store credit will be put on a Doppelgänger gift card.  Please Note: We do not issue refunds.  In store gift cards are not compatible with shopthedopp.com and cannot be redeemed for merchandise in our online store. Doppelganger store gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at our physical location only.  There are no exceptions.

Online Policy-

We will not exchange any merchandise that has been exposed to smoke/lotion/perfume/pet hair, or that is not in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.  You will be issued a store credit to exchange for merchandise or credit will be put on a shopthedopp e-gift card. E-gift cards are redeemable through our online store only and cannot be used as a form of payment in our physical store.  Please Note: We do not offer refunds.

To Exchange your online purchase:

Include your original receipt. Without the receipt we will not issue an exchange or store credit.

Please note:  We do not issue return shipping labels and we do not pay for return shipping.  

Please note:  If 21 days have passed we will not accept your item(s) for exchange or store credit.  You will be notified and your Item(s) will be sent back to you.  

 

GIFT CARDS:

E-gift cards purchased at shopthedopp.com are redeemable for merchandise only from our online store and are not accepted as a form of payment at our physical location Doppelganger Boutique.  Doppelganger Boutique store gift cards cannot be redeemed online and are not accepted as a form of payment at shopthedopp.com.
